SmartPay
IsabiVTU Technology offers the convenience of funding your account through a Smartpay option with dedicated account number by Providus Bank. With a dedicated account, you can easily transfer funds from your bank account to your IsabiVTU Technology account.
Log in to your IsabiVTU Technology account using the IsabiVTU Technology app.
Tap "Funds" button on the app homepage.
Under "Choose preferred one" select the "SmartPay" option.
You will be provided with the account number for your account by Providus Bank. Make a note of the account number and bank name.
Open your Palmpay/Opay/Kuda bank mobile app on your device.
Navigate to the "Transfers" or "Send Money" section within the bank app.
Choose the option to make a transfer to another bank account.
Enter the account details of the smartPay account provided by IsabiVTU Technology. Double-check the information to ensure accuracy.
Specify the amount you wish to transfer from your mobile bank account to your IsabiVTU Technology account.
Review the transfer details and confirm the transaction.
Once the transfer is successful, copy the section id of the transaction
Now open back your IsabiVTU Technology app and paste the session ID you copied
Tap "Auto Fund" button. The funds will be transferred from your Palmpay/Opay/Kuda bank mobile app account to your IsabiVTU Technology account.
You can now verify the availability of the funds in your IsabiVTU Technology account by refreshing the app.
